结构、保温专业 职位描述： 1. Review ITT / Project requirement / specification; 2. Coordinate bid estimate plan and development with proposal team; 3. Provide direction to estimator of specific bid preparation; 4. Prepare and consolidated all qualification/clarification as well as the basis of estimate for all discipline; 5. Consolidated all bid input and it alignment; 6. Supervise the consistency of all output information; 7. Conduct department and discipline review 8. Participate in presentation of the estimate to Management 9. Maintain and update standard NORM continuously; 10. Improve the man-hour estimate approach and accuracy. 11. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company
