The role of the ME Graduate Is designed to grow and develop the next generation of ME professionals. Throughout the programme, the graduates will gain exposure to diverse ME disciplines and contribute to the success of organisation. The graduates will hold various roles as they rotate between ME engineering specialisms within the organisation. These will include current product introduction (NPI), Process technical support, and Project Management. They will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers. At the end of the programme, the graduates will be well prepared to choose a career within our ME teams as a Process Engineer, Project Engineer and others. Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program that exposes the graduates to various aspects of ME, including but not limited to: • New Product Introduction - NPI • Process Technical Support (Machining, assemble, and test) • Project Management First-hand Experience: Engage in real-world ME technology projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams. Mentorship: Benefit from mentorship and guidance from our industry leading senior engineers who will help navigate career paths and offer valuable industry insights. Training and Development: Participate in a structured curriculum of continuous learning through workshops, training sessions, and access to industry-leading resources to enhance technical and soft skills. Innovation: Be at the forefront of technological advancements, contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, and drive innovation within the company.
