Responsibility: Based on customer order and forecast, make MPS( main production schedule) of week/month/quarter/year. Ensure on time delivery to customer. Daily update and adjust the daily production plan per inventory, shipping plan, material shortage, capacity and HC request. Production capacity analyzation, understand the bottleneck, Compare to capacity of each production cell, give out capacity shortage alarm in advance.
