Responsiblity: 1. Project implementation and management: manage project to be executed on time, within budget and with quality to the satisfaction of the customer successfully, controlling in accordance with PROMAL (AlfaLaval’ s project methodology) to reach desired outcome. 2. Risk management: manage project risks and work out/follow up mitigation plan with stakeholders. 3.Management of project team: motivation and supervision of the team members, holding regular team meetings, and communication with customers and suppliers. 4.Reports/Communicates to PMO and/or Steering Committee. 5.New product introduction. 6.New process introduction. (for example, supply chain localization project) 7.Management of Capex project. (fixed asset investment project) Requirements: Background related to science and engineering Fluent written and oral English required. Good logic capability, such as data analysis, statistics, and collection. Excellent in excel and PPT.
