Responsibility： 1. Lead and conduct make & buy strategy from sourcing’s perspective, optimize and synergy outsourcing activities with economic and lean supply chain. 2. Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers under one quality approach and commercial leverages. 3. Responsible for supplier contract and commercial terms negotiations and management. 4. Continuous supplier performance management and act as the owner of commodity sourcing strategy development and execution. 5. Owner of localization/relocation projects in his/her commodity, drive success with cross functions. Requirements： Major in Process equipment and control; Mechanical design and automation; Material Forming and Control Engineering; Metallic materials; Electrical and automation; Marine engineering; Ship electronic and electrical engineering; Energy and Power Engineering; Procurement Management Fluent written and spoken English (required).
