Responsibility: • Ensure MOP, SOP are available for production on time and with required content and quality for products. • Prepare the production drawings package and release to workshop. • Ensure best process hours are maintained in Master BOM and support production to achieve or consume less hour during execution. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of products • Develop lifting plan as part of workshop documentation package. • Develop process for tool and fixture design and improvement. • Support production optimize processes based on ALPS and LSS tools. • Provide supports to outsourcing. • To perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager Requirements: Science and engineering related majors Good communication and oral English
